| 为了提高电子产品的质量,降低生产成本,使用质量控制中的控制图是一个很好的方法。本文利用x-R控制图对某电子产品进行质量控制。面对复杂的统计分析公式和繁多的数据,用Minitab作为开发工具对某电子产品的质量测试数据进行统计处理,通过Minitab所得的计算机图形和分析结果,能够方便、准确地判断该电子产品的质量情况。本文通过实例分析了该电子产品的工序生产过程和受控状态。 |
