| Thread is the most important fastener,and widely used in mechanical system.In many applications,thread will be coated with zinc plating for improving corrosion resistance or making aesthetic.In order to make dimensions of the plated thread qualified,the pre-plating dimensional control is a key process,but how to do this work well is bothering many manufacturers.In this paper,approaches used for controlling the pre-plating thread dimensional precision were discussed and studied. |
