      针对制作汽车控制臂衬套装配孔的新工艺技术需求,设计了一种新型的圆孔翻边模具。新型模具结构紧凑,布局合理。利用楔形增力机构压边,采用弹性模具材料制作一带开口的凹模来实现退料。它较好地解决了空间受限情形下的模具退料问题及因压边力不足而造成的金属流动问题。新模具的开发应用可以为外形复杂,空间结构布局受限的零件翻边工艺提供解决方案。与传统衬套装配孔制作工艺相比,新工艺可以达到减少加工工序、提高生产效率、降低生产成本并提高产品质量的目的。

      In order to meet the technical requirements of new technology to make hole which needs high accuracy,we designed a new type of mold for flanging.The new mold's structure is compact and the layout is reasonable.It can get the mold separated from the flange ring easily in the case of the space is limited and enough force to control the mobile of metal is provided.The development of new mold can be used for machining the part with complex shape and small spatial structure.Compared with the previous process,the...
