      针对现有的CNC齿轮测量中心在测量过程中遇到的2大问题,提出了增加随动控制系统的构想,使得在没有齿轮理论方程或齿轮误差超出测头微位移计量程时仍然可以进行测量,从而拓展了现有齿轮测量机的工作范围。设计选用TI公司的TMS320LF2407A型DSP芯片为系统的核心芯片,搭建了硬件结构,并给出了软件设计方案。

      This paper put forward a scheme of servo control system for CNC gear measuring center in order to reinforce the functions of present CNC gear measuring center.After adding the servo control system,CNC gear measuring center could work under conditions that the gears' theoretic curve was unknown or the error exceed the measuring area of the probe,which is the function of present CNC gear measuring center did not attain.A hardware system based on TMS320LF2407A produced by TI company was advanced in this paper ...
