| 为有效解决数控车床利用单行程螺纹切削指令G32加工端面螺纹时编程计算繁琐及程序过长的问题,通过对端面螺纹的加工方法进行研究,在分析了传统加工方法利弊的基础上,提出应用子程序调用G32简化加工程序的方法,大大降低了编程人员及操作者的劳动强度,提高了加工效率,为企业节约了生产成本。 |
